MIDSUMMER BEER HAPPENING 2023 FAQ

Is the festival cashless this year? and are we using the TicketCo Wallet app again?

Yes we will still be cashless, but this year we won't be using the TicketCo Wallet. Instead you will be able to use contactless on your phone, watch or contactless card, just like any other bar or shop transaction.

Are children allowed at the event & do they need to buy a ticket?

Children under 18 are permitted to attend Midsummer Beer Happening on Saturday 18th June 12pm-5pm only. They do not require a ticket.

Is this a dog friendly event?

Attendees are welcome to bring along dogs which must be kept on a lead. Please be aware that the festival site will be very busy.

What is included in the ticket price?

Included in the ticket price is a commemorative MSBH glass + 1 pour of the MSBH festival beer.

Are you looking for volunteers for the event?

Volunteer information will be available in March 2023

Do the cycle sportive riders get access to the festival?

Yes cycle sportive riders will have access to the festival on Saturday all day.

How much will the beers cost?

All beers will be served in half pint measures. There will be a tiered system dependent on ABV. This has not been finalised yet as we are not sure as to inflationary price increases at this time. We hope to keep pricing as close to 2022 as possible.

How much will food cost?

This is dependent on the food vendor but generally food prices range from £6 for a burger up to £12 for a Lobster & Prawn Burrito.
